There are days when we feel like 24 hours isn’t enough, we would love to have an extra hour. I have observed that I’ve gotten the most of an hour, almost as much as what I’d get done in 2 hours on a busy day, when I get a good night’s sleep (9:30pm to 5:30am) and then spend an hour in the morning 6a to 7a and doing the most intense work on my backlog. Without the noise, phone notifications, slack pings, ad-hoc meetings, I just seem to do more in that hour than in 2 hours post 7am.
